Made another SCW building

Guardia Civil prepare to kick in the doors
Following on from the building I posted last weekend, I have finished another one today.

The earlier building was quite a refined dwelling on two floors with a gated, walled garden, this one is a much more rudimentary dwelling for a rural peasant family.

Again made from foam-core coated in pumice gel. The roofing is from Will and the fencing made from bamboo skewers and split coffee stirrers.

The colours are pretty much as before, the building is base-coated  in Dulux Dutch Gold 3, washed with Vallejo Sepia and then highlighted up with Reeves 'Sand'. The fencing and woodwork is Reeves 'Burnt Sienna' highlighted up.

    Very Spanish.
I've just taken the Beevor SCW book down off the shelf, you are a bad influence...

The pumice gel, really makes for a better building then plaster mix.
