Hundred Years War: English (19)
Another week and another unit of English bowmen completed for the Hundred Years War project
Again, they are all from Perry Miniatures, about half are plastics from the English Army 1415-1429 set. The remaining ones are metal castings from their Agincourt to Orleans range.
I paint in small batches of four figures so this time decided to do each batch in the livery of their lord, so you'll see one group in red and black aketons. Another group has blue and white aketons, and another has gold and brown. The final batch were done without any livery to complete this dozen.
I painted a spare figure in each group for a vignette I'm working on that will hopefully be seen in a post in the not too distant future.
I've hit a calamity now though, this is the last pair of infantry sabots that I have left, so after the lock-down is over I'll have to get an order in to Warbases for some more.
Some close ups of the individual archers for those of you that like that sort of thing.
