More 2nd Battalion, KGL Light Infantry

I've already painted a couple of batches of 2nd Battalion, KGL Light Infantry, (here and here) but one more push would give me a good force for Sharp Practice. Again all the figures are from Brigade Games

The first pair are the officer and bugler from the command pack.

Like the rest the green is very simple, from a basecoat of VMC Black Green washed with AP Strong Tone, Black Green re-applied and then AP Green Tone applied.

The second pair are also from the command pack with a pair sergeants, one with musket and one with rifle.

I also painted two groups of six skirmishers armed with rifles.

This will allow a good skirmish screen for our General d'Armee games or two more groups for our Sharp Practice games

I probably have all the 2nd KGL Lights that I'll need now, back to painting more redcoats for me.

  1. Very nice indeed Paul…

Another understated but very attractive Napoleonic uniform …

    All the best. Aly
