Pierre Ducos

Ok, so Ducos was dead by the time of the events of 1815 in Belguim, executed by a firing squad after attempting to steal the Emperors gold, but, Victoria bought me this lovely model from Brigade Games.

I've painted him in the bottle green coat that is warn by the actor Féodor Atkine in the TV series.

No doubt we shall be able to call him a "Bastud" in a broad Yorkshire accent during our games.

He'll be a good Exploring Officer for our Sharpe Practice games or an ADC for our General d'Armee games.

  2. A great little character Paul...
And now he’s made of lead... you can shoot him again and again 😄

    All the best. Aly

  4. Very nice work! That is a HUGE pistol he is toting. When discharged, I bet it knocks him out of the saddle.

    1. Thank you Jonathan
He's a very slight figure, I think pulling the trigger will knock him back into last week.

  5. Dang. Now I'll have to buy one. Looks just like the fellow in the Sharpe TV shows.

    1. They are rather lovely casts are't they. Beware though they are a little small next to Perry/Warlord.

  6. Oh I do like that mate! Very atmospheric figure. In our games we had the character of "Major Pierre Côdu" so I need to get a suitable figure, but most of our stuff is Front Rank so perhaps this chap might be too small?

    1. Cheers Matt, I reckon he would look like a 13 yr old boy next to a Front Rank figure
