Star Wars: Legion - Rebel Troopers (1)
I've completed my first Rebel team for Star Wars: Legion and they have been really enjoyable to paint.
At 40mm the figures are huge compared to the usual fare from Gripping Beast, Perry Miniatures, etc. that I usually paint, but there are some lovely figures in the range.
Also included in the Star Wars: Legion base set are some very nice barricades.
I did these off a base-coat of Khaki then added some coloured panels to break up the drabness.
Here's a close up of the couple of the ladies in the section. I needed these for a "Lady Sarah Balloon Tour" over at the Analogue Hobbies Painting Challenge.
I hope to have more Rebels up tomorrow.

Looking good Paul...
ReplyDeleteI like what you have done with the barricades...
All the best. Aly
Thanks Aly, we visited Galaxys Edge last month and are trying to use that as a theme.
DeleteLooking awesome! Not a fan of using clear bases?
ReplyDeleteHi Jay, clear bases never really do it for me, these Legion bases are huge though and I'm regretting not using some nice thin Renedra ones.
DeleteExcellent looking troops Paul.

Thanks Matt, of all the bugs to be caught right now that one is not so bad.
